Your generosity helps us continue our MISSION is to EMPOWER, EDUCATE and RAISE AWARENESS of heart health and heart disease prevention. We provide heart health education by integrating physical activities, nutrition and encourage healthy lifestyle habits for young girls aged 10-18.
We promote physical activity, heart healthy eating and heart healthy lifestyle choices. Our GOAL is to achieve improved heart health and increased education in young girls with a focus on heart disease prevention - no. 1 killer of women in the United States.
