In consideration of my application being accepted, I accept any risks of participation and agree to hold harmless the City of Concord and its employees and all sponsors, directors, employees, agents or any other individuals associated with this event, including volunteers assisting with traffic on the course.  I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the competition of this event.  I state that I do not object should my name or picture be used in connection with any public account of this event.
