Clay is 10 years old and was born with a cleft lip and palate. He's had 4 surgeries so far, and is preparing for his 5th, but that's only part of his story. Clay is funny, smart, compassionate, and so much more! He loves playing soccer and football, joking and hanging out with friends and families, and helping his community through Cub Scouts and National Elementary Honor Society. He's so excited for the Chocolate Chase to be an opportunity for him to get to meet up with friends from Sacramento Cleft Support and the craniofacial community, celebrate the support of his family and friends, and to help raise money for Dr. Rubinstein and Faces of Tomorrow.
The Chocolate Chase 5K is a new event that will be held in Sacramento, on Sunday May 18, 2025, to raise awareness and celebrate people and families living with a craniofacial difference. There is nothing else like it on the West Coast! Please help the Chocolate Chase 5K be successful in its first year by making a donation today. Thank you for your support!
