This all women's training program is designed to prepare beginners and intermediate runners for either the Women's Perfect 10 miler in Mercer County Park, NJ on October 13th or The Philadelphia Half Marathon on November 17th. The kick-off meeting will be on Saturday, August 10th at 8:30 am in RunningCo. of Moorestown.
The group is lead by USATF certified coach Colleen Tindall and meets twice weekly as follows: 6:00 pm on Tuesday evenings and 8:30 am on Saturday mornings at RunningCo. of Moorestown. For the days remaining during the week Colleen will provide you with a workout schedule. Please come to all meetings ready to run.
Clinics will be provided throughout the course immediately following workouts on form/core stability, nutrition, race day prep, training philosophy, and injury prevention.
