Yoga with Dan Rosenak of Flow State Yoga Therapy on Monday, October 14th

Dan is a 500 Hour registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance on track to finish his 800 Hour Yoga Therapy certification training this summer. He offers Comprehensive Yoga Therapy to athletes of all ages as well as college and high school athletic programs. An endurance sport enthusiast himself, Dan has competed in triathlon, distance running, ocean swimming and distance stand-up paddling. In his free time Dan enjoys surfing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, drumming, and family time with his two sons. 

This session is specifically designed for runners to:

• improve mobility, balance, and strength
• mitigate and rehab injuries
• learn breath control and energy regulation
• connect to higher self with intention setting and purpose 
• Space is limited to 15 participants.

Cost: $10 per participant
