Lake Run Club Training Programs

Wave Runner training is our Lake Run Club program to get you prepared for the May Lake Run 4.37 mile or 12K (7.44) mile run. Includes several weeks of training and also registers you for the Lake Run as part of the registration fee.
Heat Wave is a 8 week friendly running program designed to help new and experienced runners to training to improve their running experience. This training is targeted specifically for ladies and as a primer to run the Lake Run Clubs Evergreen Lake 5K event.
