Description
This is a series of Saturday training events focusing on four of the five disciplines of Modern Pentathlon, including laser-run, fencing, and ninja warrior training.
Swimming training will not be provided in the Spring training series, but it may be offered in the Summer training series..
Ninja Training will be held at Black Urban Barn (148 E. Virginia St.; San Jose, CA).
Laser-Run and Fencing Training will be held at Live Oak Park (641 Moreland Way; Santa Clara, CA).
The ninja warrior trainings are coached by Earl Hooks, four-time competitor on the American Ninja Warrior television show. Participants will receive group coaching from Earl, focusing on strength, flexibility, and other exercises that are needed to master the standard Modern Pentathlon obstacles.
All of the summer training events require Wolfpack membership, which also entitles members to receive a 10% discount on Wolfpack trainings and events.
The fencing training also requires an Amateur Athletics Union (AAU) Athlete Fencing Membership, which can be purchased here: https://aausports.org/Join-AAU.
