-this allows us to keep track of all racers so we do not lose anyone along the route
-Ask racers if they are okay to continue or need to exit
-Help racers exit the water if they wish to exit the race
-Refill water bottles if needed
-Give water bottles if needed

Please Park in the parking spaces closest to the Padre Park Pavilion. You will need to walk down the stairs or long ramp to get to the platform by the kayak chute. You will be set up on the platform with a tent and chairs.

2 of you will be stationed at the amateur finish platform and the other 2 will be stationed on the pro portage platform. The link above will take you to Acequia Park Pavilion. After arriving you will be sent to your stations.

For this last safety check/finish line station you will be on the bridge at Camino Coahuilteca. Also don't worry about finding a place to park! We have a place for you to park over there and someone from the recreation team will be with you.
