Wednesday, May 16th
Deadline to Submit Club Application to guarantee inclusion in registration at the Pep Rally. Please note: to ensure your charity is added before the Pep Rally, that must also be submitted by 5/16 (either within your club application or via email to phillymayorscup@gmail.com)

Thursday, May 23rd
Registration opens onsite at the Pep Rally at Triple Bottom Brewery with a $5 discount for all races and a free beverage for the first 50 to register.

Friday, May 24th
Regular Registration opens at 10:00am

Saturday, July 13th
Price Increase

Saturday, July 20th
Deadline to apply as a club for inclusion on race day

Monday, July 29th
Free Agent Assignments. Any free agents who have not picked a team will be assigned to teams.

Sunday, August 4th
Deadline for transfers.
Out of fairness to all teams, we do not make exceptions here to these deadlines!!

Thursday, August 8th (11:59pm)
Charity Challenge donation deadline.
